These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and lc44 ("lc44", "we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the lc44 platform, including all sports betting, live casino, slot games, and associated services available at lc44.io and any related mobile interface.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) lc44 account only. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

When registering your account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number registered to a Bangladeshi SIM. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. lc44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify lc44 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access your funds.

lc44 reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any stage using Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC checks when requested may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.

All transactions on the lc44 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). lc44 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. • Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until lc44 systems have accepted it and a bet ID has been issued. Network interruptions prior to acceptance mean the bet has not been placed and no funds have been deducted.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time up to the moment of bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of acceptance are the odds that apply to your wager.

• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

In the event of a dispute between a player and lc44, the following resolution process applies:
